Radicanto and Soqquadro Italiano
Concert by Radicanto and Soqquadro Italiano at Anfiteatro I Soldati in Anguillara Sabazia
The concert explores the musical and ritual heritage of the tarantella, tracing a sound journey that spans northern, central and southern Italy.
The path starts from folk music between Puglia and Emilia Romagna, then explores ancient music as the matrix of cultured and popular tradition, and finally analyzes the relationship between classical and folk music.
In popular culture, the individual author is irrelevant: oral transmission prevails over writing, the work comes to life at the moment of execution, constantly changing.
The Event
In an unprecedented and unique collaboration, Radicanto and Soqquadro Italiano come together on stage, with the original project “Echi di Gente”.
